Founder and CEO

I am a strategist and educator with more than twenty years of experience supporting nonprofits, higher education institutions, and mission-driven organizations through periods of growth, transition, and complexity. I founded HCA Strategies LLC to provide thoughtful, hands-on advisory support to leaders who value clarity, integrity, and long-term impact.

Through HCA Strategies LLC, I work closely with executive teams on organizational operations, strategy development, partnerships, and leadership alignment. My approach is grounded in systems thinking, practical execution, and a deep respect for the communities organizations serve.

​

Currently, I serve as Executive Administrator for the Community Welfare Foundation in Fairfax, Virginia, where I support workforce development, mentorship, and community-based services for Pakistani Americans and other immigrant communities throughout the DMV. This work builds on earlier leadership roles with organizations such as the American Pakistan Foundation, where I previously served as Director of Operations and Board Secretary, leading national fellowship programs, mentorship initiatives, and civic engagement efforts.

In parallel, I play a strategic and operational leadership role at Technicom Inc., a family-owned mechanical and HVAC firm in Northern Virginia. My work there focuses on operational systems, service delivery, project coordination, and long-term business growth — experience that grounds my consulting work in real-world execution and accountability.

I am also Affiliate Faculty at George Mason University, where I contribute to scholarship, mentorship, and community engagement related to international education and development. I have published as both an author and editor on topics including education policy, organizational strategy, and social impact.

Beyond my professional roles, I serve on the board of AERO Animal Education & Rescue Organization, foster animals locally, and volunteer with regional rescue partners. These commitments reflect the same values that guide my consulting practice: stewardship, responsibility, and care for communities  — both human and animal alike.
